Program Registration
We are FULL for the current 2023-2024 school year and are no longer taking registrations!
Registration is now open for the 2024-2025 school year!
To register for programs, please follow the steps below:
Nature Vision will be offering in-person programs, outdoor field trips, asynchronous remote learning programs, and synchronous video call programs for the 2024-2025 school year. All Nature Vision staff are fully vaccinated for COVID-19.
1) Choose your program by name. Please view our Full School Programs List and Remote Learning Programs. If you are registering for a free program, please select from the free programs flier you were contacted with: https://naturevision.org/free-programs-for-schools .
2) View Available Dates to see which dates are still open for programming. Choose 3 possible dates that will work for you. Please note, we may have to ask you to choose other dates. Programs registered with less than one month’s notice may not be available.
3) Register your team of teachers.
If you are registering for programs the first time for 2023-2024, you must fill out a full registration form. Please sure to include all teacher first and last names, email addresses, school phone number, set times, and all required fields or we may not have the needed information to register your classes.
Please note, if you are already registered for programs for the 2023-2024 school year and would like more programs, simply email your request to info@naturevision.org and we are happy to register you without an additional online form. Include your name, school, program name(s), date(s) requested, and time(s) requested.
Please coordinate your in-person times with other teachers so that we may send one staff member to teach all programs in one day. Please schedule 2-5 classroom or field programs per date selected for your school. We cannot visit a school to teach one program for one teacher.
In person classes must be a minimum of 45 minutes, one hour is preferred for Elementary programs.
For remote learning programs please provide 15 minute time slots for each class for a Q&A session. You will receive materials and support from our Educators.
If you would like to request a program be taught for your class in full over a video call, please check the Video Call Program box. These are 45-60 minutes in length.
Limit 30 students per class for all programs.
If you are registering for a pond dip, aquatic insect dip, or field trip you must have an accessible pond on site or be able to meet us at a field site nearby.
If your registration form is not filled out completely with all required information it may not be prioritized. It may be set aside and processed after completed registrations. There is no guarantee free program funding will still be available.

Please note: You will receive a confirmation of your registration after you click submit for online registration , as well as an initial acknowledgement from our Office Coordinator. You are not officially registered until you receive a 2nd email with a full confirmation from info@naturevision.org . We must check dates again on our end and process the registration. Please add info@naturevision.org to your safe senders list to ensure you receive our emails. It may take up to 1-2 weeks to process your registration due to high registration volume.
Free Programs: Please note that some of our programs are free. If you saw a flier or email that specified certain programs are sponsored for your school, you do not need to worry about payment when you register. For online registration under payment options, use the Free Program (sponsored) drop down. For faxed or emailed registration, please write free under total cost. Please see Free Programs for Schools.
