Nature Vision, Inc. is a non-profit organization (501c3) formed in 2003. Our mission is to foster appreciation and stewardship of our environment through integration of school, community, and nature education. Through partnerships created with governmental agencies, school districts, and other organizations, we promote thoughtful decision making for a sustainable future. We manage and present a wide range of school programs about natural and cultural resources to school-age students, families, and adult groups. Our naturalist staff offers expertise in a variety of topics from ecology to education. Formerly King County Nature Connections, this program is a recipient of the Environmental Education Association of Washington’s Award of Excellence. In 2007 Nature Vision became the first recipient of the Michael Mercer Water Conservation Educator Award for "dedicated work educating children about the importance of water and protecting our natural resources."
